Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

At Sprints Aroma, we strive to deliver premium quality fragrances to our customers. Due to the personal nature and hygiene standards associated with perfumes, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused and in original packaging

Mandatory Proof

To process any claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package and product
  • Unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift boxes or promotional products
  • Fragrance preference/disliking the scent is not a valid reason for return

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be borne by Sprints Aroma.

For all other approved cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
